By accessing or using BaziMuse, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BaziMuse provides tools to calculate a BaZi (Four Pillars) chart from birth details you enter, and may offer a free reading based on traditional interpretive structures. Content is for entertainment, self-exploration, and reflection.

Readings are not deterministic factual conclusions about a person. The service is not a scientific personality test, not medical advice, not financial advice, not legal advice, not professional psychological diagnosis, and not a guaranteed prediction of destiny, compatibility, wealth, or health outcomes. You remain responsible for real-world decisions.

You should use the service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence, if higher) and only for lawful personal, non-commercial exploration consistent with these Terms. The service is intended for adults 18+.

Use the service to generate charts and readings for yourself or with consent of the person whose birth details you enter. Provide accurate inputs when you choose to submit them.

You may not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, bypass rate limits, scrape or harvest content at scale, reverse-engineer proprietary interpretive systems for competing products, submit malware, or use readings to harass, deceive, or make high-stakes decisions for others without consent.

Site design, branding, software, and original written materials are owned by the operator of BaziMuse or its licensors. Traditional BaZi concepts are cultural knowledge; our specific product implementation and wording remain protected as applicable.

You are responsible for the birth details you submit. Do not submit someone else’s sensitive birth information without an appropriate basis to do so. Handling of submitted information is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features (including free readings or future paid offerings) at any time. Service availability may vary by region; certain personalized features may be restricted where we have not completed a product review for that region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

A deeper Premium reading may be previewed on the site and is planned as a future offering. It is not currently available for purchase, and no payment or checkout flow is live.

Joining an early-access or waitlist notification list is optional and is not a purchase. It does not create a payment obligation, and no automatic charge occurs.

The service may rely on third parties such as AI language providers and geocoding services. Their availability and policies are outside our full control. Failures in those services may affect readings or place search.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR SELF-REFLECTION AND ENTERTAINMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING READINGS AND INTERPRETATIONS.

Nothing on the site replaces professional advice, including medical, mental-health / psychological, financial / investment, or legal advice. Do not use readings as the sole basis for important life decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of BaziMuse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on any reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of fees you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any) or a nominal amount permitted by law. This early-stage free product currently involves no fees.

We may refuse or limit access if we reasonably believe you are misusing the service or violating these Terms.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law. Any matters concerning these Terms are subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
