BaZiMuse is operated by Weihong Wang, an individual operator in the People’s Republic of China. BaZiMuse provides digital BaZi chart calculation and reading services through https://bazimuse.com.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BaZiMuse and its related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their place of residence if higher.

BaZiMuse calculates a BaZi (Four Pillars) chart using birth information provided by the user and generates automated readings based on traditional interpretive frameworks.

The Free Reading is an automatically generated chart summary and short self-reflection reading available without payment.

The Full Reading is a longer, personalized, automatically generated digital report. When production payments are enabled, the Full Reading is offered for USD 19.90 as a one-time purchase.

The Full Reading is not a subscription, does not automatically renew, and does not create recurring charges.

All readings are automatically generated digital content. BaZiMuse does not provide live human fortune-telling, personal consultations, coaching, medical services, legal services, financial or investment advice, psychological diagnosis, or other professional services.

BaZi readings are based on a traditional cultural interpretive framework. They are provided for entertainment, self-exploration, and reflection. They are not scientific assessments or guaranteed predictions of personality, relationships, career, wealth, health, lifespan, compatibility, or future events.

You remain responsible for your own real-world decisions and actions.

The Free Reading is free to use and does not require a payment method.

The planned price of the Full Reading is USD 19.90 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no automatic renewal.

Payment availability may depend on jurisdiction, payment-provider availability, and applicable compliance requirements.

When production payment is enabled, the price shown before checkout is the applicable product price before any taxes or other charges required by applicable law, unless the checkout expressly states that such amounts are included.

Applicable transaction taxes may be calculated, collected, and remitted by the merchant of record.

When production payment is enabled, payments for the Full Reading are processed by Waffo Pancake, acting as merchant of record.

Waffo Pancake may process payments, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, payment disputes, and related transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.

BaZiMuse does not store full payment-card numbers, card security codes, or equivalent payment credentials on its own servers.

Payment availability may depend on location, payment-method eligibility, fraud-prevention controls, and the merchant of record’s requirements.

The Full Reading is personalized digital content generated after a successful and eligible payment.

There is no physical shipment.

The Full Reading is delivered through the report page and may also be made recoverable through the email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and accurate birth information.

If technical processing fails and the report cannot be generated or accessed, the remedies described in our Refund Policy may apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, consumer guarantee, or other statutory right that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

In jurisdictions where consumers have a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right for digital content, that right remains available except to the extent that it has been validly lost or waived in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable law allows immediate delivery of digital content to begin only after the consumer gives express consent and acknowledges the effect on a statutory withdrawal right, BaZiMuse or its checkout provider will request the legally required consent and acknowledgement before immediate delivery begins.

If any legally required consent or acknowledgement has not been validly obtained, these Terms do not by themselves waive any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right that remains available to you.

Refunds are governed by the BaZiMuse Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

A successfully generated and delivered personalized digital report is normally not refundable merely because the user disagrees with, does not like, or does not identify with the interpretation.

We will normally consider an appropriate refund or remedy where there is a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount or currency, a technical failure that prevents delivery, an access failure that cannot reasonably be resolved, or where a refund or remedy is required by applicable law, Waffo Pancake rules, or applicable payment-network rules.

Nothing in the Refund Policy or these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method, subject to the merchant of record and payment provider’s processing rules.

You are responsible for the information you submit.

You should provide your own birth information or have an appropriate lawful basis and, where appropriate, consent to submit another person’s information.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of the birth date, time, location, timezone, and other information you enter. If incorrect information produces an inaccurate chart or reading, this is not necessarily a defect in the Service.

By submitting information to BaZiMuse, you authorize us to process it only as reasonably necessary to calculate the requested chart, generate and deliver the requested reading, operate and secure the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, process a purchase, recover purchased access, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Some BaZiMuse readings are generated with assistance from third-party AI language models.

AI-generated text may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, or interpretations with which you disagree. You should not treat AI-generated content as verified professional advice or as a guaranteed statement of fact.

Third-party AI providers may process information necessary to generate the requested output as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not make a blanket representation that third-party AI systems are error-free or available at all times.

The BaZiMuse software, site design, branding, user interface, original written content, original presentation structure, and other proprietary materials belong to the operator of BaZiMuse or the applicable licensors, subject to applicable law. © 2026 BaZiMuse. All rights reserved where applicable.

Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses.

Traditional BaZi concepts and public-domain classical texts are cultural and historical materials. BaZiMuse does not claim exclusive ownership over public-domain traditional concepts or classical texts.

When you purchase a Full Reading, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the generated report for your own personal purposes.

Purchasing or accessing a report does not transfer ownership of BaZiMuse source code, prompts, proprietary calculation logic, proprietary interpretation rules, databases, branding, or platform materials. Nothing in these Terms grants a right to extract or reproduce proprietary platform components for the purpose of creating a competing service, except to the extent applicable law does not permit such a restriction.

You may use BaZiMuse only for lawful personal purposes consistent with these Terms.

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security, access, payment, or rate-limit controls, submit malware, fraudulently obtain paid content, use stolen payment instruments, conduct fraudulent chargebacks, scrape or harvest content at scale, or unlawfully infringe the rights of other people.

You may not use a reading to harass, defraud, manipulate, or make high-stakes decisions on behalf of another person without an appropriate basis to do so.

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

BaZiMuse may rely on third-party infrastructure, databases, AI providers, geocoding services, email services, payment providers, and other technical service providers.

Their outages, policy changes, or technical failures may affect the Service.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, technical, operational, or commercial reasons. Availability may vary by country or region.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

BaZiMuse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or predictive value of any reading.

Readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not medical advice, not legal advice, and not financial or investment advice. They are also not psychological or therapeutic advice or other professional advice, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

We do not guarantee wealth, marriage, health, lifespan, any particular outcome, or the occurrence or non-occurrence of any future event.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for important life, financial, medical, or legal decisions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer guarantee, statutory remedy, or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BaZiMuse and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or a reading.

Where liability may lawfully be limited but not excluded, aggregate liability relating to a paid Full Reading will not exceed the amount actually paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user is violating these Terms, attempting fraud, abusing the Service, interfering with security controls, or engaging in unlawful conduct.

Where action affects a paid purchase, we will act consistently with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country or region that cannot lawfully be waived by contract. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory law.

Before commencing a formal dispute, you are encouraged to contact support@bazimuse.com so that we may attempt to resolve the issue informally.

This does not limit any right you may have to contact a court, regulator, consumer authority, payment provider, card issuer, data-protection authority, or other competent body.

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our business practices change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
